Description
brewery advertising wall sign for Old Dutch Beer, produced by the Associated Brewing Company of Detroit, Michigan. The sign features a lithographed image on an embossed board, creating a six-tile visual effect. The central graphics display the brand name Old Dutch in orange-brown Fraktur-style lettering above the slogan THE GOOD BEER in blue block text. The composition is flanked on the left by blue-toned illustrations of traditional Dutch windmills and coastal landscapes, and on the right by a green beer bottle and a filled, foaming yellow beer mug. The manufacturer imprint ASSOCIATED BREWING CO., DET., MI 48207 is printed in the lower left corner, indicating a post-1963 production date. The sign is set within a textured, paper-wrapped faux-wood frame. The reverse side is equipped with a single metal sawtooth hanger.
