Description
This lot consists of four mounted whitetail deer (Odocoileus virginianus) antler sets and one individual antler tine. Each set features a preserved skull plate that has been padded and covered in a tan-colored suede or leather material. The mounts are finished with various styles of decorative twisted cord around the base of the antlers and the perimeter of the cap. One set is an 8-point rack (4×4) with a tan suede cover and a maroon decorative cord border. A second set features a smaller rack with a tan cover and a white braided cord border. A third set is an 8-point rack with a tan cover and a dark cord border, retaining a white paper inventory tag marked with the handwritten number 293. The fourth set features a tan cover with a maroon cord border. The additional item is a single detached antler tine with a hole drilled through the base, currently secured by a white plastic zip-tie. Detached antler tine length: approximately 3-4 inches.
