Description
This lot features mid-century Halloween ephemera and a costume mask. Included is an adult-sized vacuform plastic mask by Ben Cooper, Inc., depicting a green-faced witch with turquoise and yellow highlights and downturned orange and black lips. The mask includes a head of curly black and grey synthetic hair and an original internal paper label. Transcription: A FUN MASK by Ben Cooper, Inc. Adult Size-Flameproof-Comfortable Made in Hong Kong. A blue and white retail price tag from the regional chain Clarkins is attached to the label, reading 813 120 CLARKINS $1.39. Also present is a three-dimensional owl centerpiece constructed of black and orange tissue paper honeycomb with a printed cardstock face. Two die-cut cardstock decorations accompany the group: a stylized smiling bat with a cream-colored belly and a jack-o-lantern with yellow straw hair and a green stem.
