Comes with a certificate of authenticity that this is the certified original model patent invention from US Patent Office by John B. Driscole "Baltimore HOD". Authenticated and certified circa 1830-80. Shows areas of paint wear but is a very unusual piece and pretty good condition for its age!! Overall length is approximately 9.5in, 6.5in tall to top of handle.
