15 numbered pages with assembly instructions for this old time Christmas village, 6 buildings, trees and accessories shown, page 2 Inn (part 3) is present but was removed in the past with the Inn sign and balcony piece missing, page 5 House (part 2) is present but was removed in the past with one attic window piece missing, all other parts appear to be in place with old water marks to areas of the paperboard and age to the box which measures 10" x 13" x 1".
