Born George Richard Pechell June 30 1789 (died June 29 1860), British Royal Navy officer, Whig politician, 25 yr member of Parliament – once lived at and then owned Castle Goring, in West Sussex England, purchased from Mary Shelley. Early birdseye maple framing, old warbled glass, earthy hues, 20 1/2" x 14 1/2" x 1 3/8".
