Description
5.5 in. Dia., 8 in. Tall. A relief-molded salt-glazed stoneware pitcher characterized by a stippled, orange-peel texture and an off-white or light grey glaze. The body features two large oval medallions in high relief. One medallion depicts the profile bust of a male figure wearing a plumed hat and a military-style collar. The opposite side depicts the profile bust of a female figure with a ruffled collar and a traditional bonnet.
