Description
A table lamp base constructed from cast metal with a dark bronze-toned patinated finish. The central shaft features a series of geometric architectural collars and a prominent openwork diamond-lattice motif centered on a stylized vertical element. The shaft flares into a heavy, hexagonal base decorated with pierced quatrefoil cutouts and raised scrollwork along the feet. The lamp is equipped with a single brass-toned socket and a metal harp for a shade. The metal socket shell features embossed technical text that is not legible as a maker’s name. No other maker’s marks or signatures are visible on the body or underside of the base. The lamp is fitted with a brown two-prong cord and plug. Overall height to the top of the harp is approximately 22.5 inches.
