An antique hand-crank box butter churn constructed from wood and cast iron. Structural reinforcement is provided by cast iron corner brackets at the upper corners and iron straps along the lower edges. An external cast iron gear mechanism on one side is operated by a hand-crank with a wooden grip. Dimensions: approx. 22 in. L x 30 in. H.
