Description
This vintage holiday decoration, produced by Harett-Gilmar of New York City, is titled Garden Scene and features a three-dimensional molded plastic figure of Santa Claus. The character is depicted in a red suit with white trim, holding a green evergreen tree. The figure is enclosed within a red plastic shadowbox frame designed to resemble a decorative garden gate. A printed paper background depicts a snowy winter forest scene. The unit is designed for internal illumination using a standard C7 bulb and includes a brown electrical cord with a two-prong plug. The back panel features an open grid design and includes paper labels with mounting and operating instructions. The manufacturer logo H-G Engineered and location New York City are printed on the reverse, along with Made in U.S.A. embossed in the plastic. This lot includes the original illustrated cardboard display box which identifies the item as a Colorful Realistic Three-Dimensional Garden Scene.
