Description
This lot comprises three originalautomotive exterior trim components. The first item is a Ford F-350 vehicle badge featuring block-style lettering characteristic of F-Series trucks from the late 1950s through the early 1960s. The second item is a stylized eagle hood emblem with outstretched wings and a ribbed body, identified as the front hood ornament used on mid-1950s Ford F-Series trucks, specifically circa 1955-1956. The third item is a stylized jet or rocket hood mascot featuring a sweeping aerodynamic ring, which is the signature hood ornament for a 1955 Chevrolet. All three pieces are manufactured from chrome-plated cast pot metal. These items represent classic mid-century American automotive design and are offered in as-found original condition.
